Pros

Strong salary compensation with a great benefits package that is retention based. The campus leadership team is focused, supportive and has a vision for success. The professors care about the students and have very strong credentials. Very happy that I made the decision to join this organization

Cons

The campus is headed in the right direction and very focused on culture and student centric behavior. Prior leadership struggled to engage around culture and passion. Very happy with the recent changes. Significant leadership upgrades that are having a positive impact overall.

As an employee we are paying you a salary ( and benefits) so there should not be an expense involved, but actually a salary gained by your employment with our University.
