Everglades University in Tampa is a great institution to be a part of.. I have been with the campus since 2018 as a Marketing Faculty. The dean and administration are very supportive. As a professor you are appreciated for your expertise and input while given the space to do what you have been hired to. The campus celebrates milestones for faculty and student which makes you feel great to be a part of. The tenure of the campus leadership is a clear indicator that the campus emphasizes career building for their employees.

Team and family-like feel is by far the number one pro with Everglades University in the Online Division. Everyone there is so helpful and communicative. The weekly team meetings were something that I wished every job prior had done. Overall, a fun, happy, and team-oriented place to be. Pay is also decent, considerably more than found at previous positions. Benefits are great as well (full medical, plus optional vision, dental, and life, as well as 401k options). There aren't enough words for me to speak highly of our team's leadership. Jeff is a wonderful leader. There aren't many jobs where the VP takes his time every single morning to ensure he says hello to every employee. That is a rare find and a phenomenal display of kindness and leadership in my opinion.
