Pros

Life balance, good compensation, strong benefits, team work, student focused and a local leadership team that cares. They listen, they will react. They are firm but very understanding. I would recommend this to anyone. This was just not the right role for me, but they supported me. In fact, they helped me find my next job.

Cons

In admissions, you really need to be able to connect with people. It requires not only good talking skills but great listening skills as well. The job does not seem hard on the onset, but it is challenging and take focus. It can be very rewarding if your are good at it.
