Not a single darn thing.

Cons

Where do I even start? No work/life balance, crappy leadership, high turnover (see previous two comments), no morale, unfair treatment, spying encouraged, fake reviews are a MUST if you want to keep your job.

Administration is supportive of both faculty and students Opportunities to teach mornings or evenings Small class sizes make it easier to establish interpersonal relationships with students

Cons

Classes run 12 hours a week for four weeks, which can be challenging if you're not accustomed to it
