Honestly none that I can think of. This place was a joke when I worked there and I’m still in shock that they have lasted this long.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. If you want to make changes look at the higher ups that are problem. I just look at all the responses to negative reviews from management. In their messages you can obviously tell there is a pain point being hit. They know it. I know it. All previous employees know it.

Positive Changes in Maitland

Pros

New leadership changes are refreshing. Significant improvement over prior leaders that were dysfunctional and lacked commitment. The university has a positive vibe, re-engaged culture and a positive outlook on the future. Great additions with our recent Student Services Director and Financial Aid Director; not to mention the new hires in admissions. Great to see a cohesive and functional team. Fun to be at university again.

Cons

Change is difficult and drives ambiguity. However, it is needed. Student population is small, but looking forward to the future.

Pros

Strong salary compensation with a great benefits package that is retention based. The campus leadership team is focused, supportive and has a vision for success. The professors care about the students and have very strong credentials. Very happy that I made the decision to join this organization

Cons

The campus is headed in the right direction and very focused on culture and student centric behavior. Prior leadership struggled to engage around culture and passion. Very happy with the recent changes. Significant leadership upgrades that are having a positive impact overall.
