Pros

Everglades University was not my first college to work at but hopefully will be my last! I enjoy my job, am paid well, and love my students! It's been great getting to know them during thier 3-4 years at our University. Professionally it's been the best decision I have ever made. The benefits and 401k are comparable to other companies I have worked for and I really have no complaints.

Cons

The University works on a monthly start term which does not allow for lazy team members. We are busy!

Dear Former Employer, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the positive comments about our instructors and we agree with you, they are excellent! We are not clear on the expensive part? As an employee we are paying you a salary ( and benefits) so there should not be an expense involved, but actually a salary gained by your employment with our University.
