Not Afraid of Fast Pace!

Fast paced. Team Environment. Student Focused. Upon being hired and to today, the expectations of my position are very clear. My manager/director, dean and vice president are very supportive and I love working with the students! If you do not want to work hard to meet your goals than no university or company will make you happy. If you work hard and celebrate the successes of helping students reach their goals, that is success at the University.

Cons

Just like any job/career, there are good and bad days. But when having a bad day my team is always here to support me.
