President Kristi Mollis, she is very demeaning and a horrible leader, Culture is horrible , the only department that matters is admissions and the admissions team is so stressed it affects the entire team, By far the worst college/university I have ever worked for.

Hello this Everglades University’s President, Kristi Mollis, responding to your comment. First thank you for your time and service at Everglades University. We are proud of our team’s longevity and do not know of any Director departures from our Boca team? But none the less we are sorry you are no longer a member of our EU team and also sorry that you feel this way. Our goal is to ensure all members of our team are fully committed to our students and our University and sometimes that goal is not mutual and changes are made. We wish you well in your future endeavors and hope you enjoy more success in your next position! Our high student graduation rates and success rates and University awards speak for themselves.

Pros

Can make great connections leading to a lifetime of friendship and better opportunities!

Cons

Treat staff and faculty like there disposable Excessive tuition cost No sick leave Company changes their job description without letting the employee know first. Tells Employees they should be happy to be employed whenever forcing new unlikely admissions calls for all departments. Consistent changes in VP's because President Mollis treats them so bad. VP's are not fully ready and/or trained for the position at hand.

Dear Anonymous, We appreciate your feedback and would like to respond to a few of the “Cons” you stated. First all employees are given the opportunity to succeed in addition each employee has PTO. Paid Time Off can be used as needed; vacations, sick time, emergencies, etc. Everglades University VPs have been with the University for several years so this statement is simply not accurate. Additionally as a small private University the team works as a team and as such all employees are integral to this process. As a growing University job descriptions can change but if you were unclear about your job description your manager could have assisted you had this been brought to his or her attention. If you would like to discuss any issues please contact us so we can assist you. We would welcome your comments. We understand you are no longer an employee of the University but would like to wish you well in your future endeavors.
