Pros

I have no pro's for this company! It wasn't a good company to work for! Don't care about any of their employees

Cons

Everything! It was like high school all over again! I didn't get paid enough to get beat up and treated the way I did everyday. If staff didn't like you they made your life a living hell. High turnover rate for a company that actually needs people! Online trainings were a joke!

Pros

There are very little pros here. The company is a cesspool of mediocrities who have no idea what they are doing, except trying to make the VP happy.

Cons

- The environment stinks - High turnover rate - Bad recruitment for staffing

Pros

Everyone who works there is incredibly nice. It is the perfect place for someone who is looking for an entry level position within a developmentally disabled school.

Cons

The mandatory overtime is a little difficult especially because they pay you at a different rate for your time and a half. There is four hours of mandatory overtime per week.
