well where to start. There was a blatant coerced complaint by a nurse and cna who wanted me out simply because i wouldn't sleep with the male nurse. Also discrimination based on sexual orientation was admitted. a bogus investigation was done and a bunch of lies were made. so lying, coercing, backstabbing and not caring about their employeers.plenty of bullying going on and nothing was done about it. my alternative lifestyle and past were used in part of the coercion of a client which was signed off by the Directer, a nurse, and another person. and it was totally fine. no one has cared to make wrongs right. this was in the Evergreen Livingston Health and Rehab place. i wouldn't suggest working for a company that allows coercion which is a form of elder abuse, lying, harrassment, defamation of character. when politics are more important than the care of the residents and your workers there is something very wrong..

The work environment is hostile among coworkers. Upper management does nothing to empower the workers instead fuels the fires by pitting workers against each other. The 401 K is a joke. Educate yourself on "Employee Owned 401k" before investing a dollar. You may never see your money again. Did u mention racism runs through every agency! Don't be fooled. Stay away or you will turn bitter just like all of them.
