Pros

Opportunity to help people in a hands-on way Flexible with schedules Lots of vacation days after you’ve worked there a few years

Cons

CEO was very difficult to work with and did not appear to have a good ethical compass. Poor work/life balance The CEO’s right-hand at the time was a hostile, adversarial person who was difficult to work with. Insurance was expensive and poor quality. They are rumored to be on shaky financial ground now due to former CEO’s mismanagement of funds.

I don't feel secure here

Pros

Great team and office environment. Schedule flexibility.

Cons

Too many different company outlets. Started as a agency focused on recovery, outreach programs are newer and not as supported. Company is unsure of future. Not much training or guidance from management, left to fend on your own.
