Pros

Opportunity to help people in a hands-on way Flexible with schedules Lots of vacation days after you’ve worked there a few years

Cons

CEO was very difficult to work with and did not appear to have a good ethical compass. Poor work/life balance The CEO’s right-hand at the time was a hostile, adversarial person who was difficult to work with. Insurance was expensive and poor quality. They are rumored to be on shaky financial ground now due to former CEO’s mismanagement of funds.

Great support from supervisors and co workers alike. Opportunities to meet great clients and help be apart of their sobriety. Kimberly, Susie and Deldene very supportive supervisors!

Cons

Health insurance, nothin else I can think of.
