The ability to consistently better yourself and reach your goals with ongoing training, support and opportunity, really stands out with this company. The company culture brings out the best in you every day and you truly feel like a part of a family that is there to support you through the highs and lows a sales job has. If you have the drive, commitment, and love for the industry you are on track to succeed in this company!

Cons

If you don't like a challenge and a competitive work environment this job is not for you!

Pros

In terms of the people -- in management, development, sales, customer service and marketing -- this is the best company I have been a part of. There's is nobody in the entire company I would not have a beer with. If you are interested in the business side of startups, this is a great place to be and you will learn a lot if you pay attention. You will see all sides of the business from marketing and development through sales and customer service.

Cons

I looked at some of the other reviews most of the cons refer to hard work or to less pay than they would like. These criticisms are not entirely unfair. With that said, you will work in a fast and fun environment and you will learn a lot!

The culture here is like no other I've experienced before. Great culture, which started at the top.

Cons

It's a startup and you work your butt off, if this is not your cup of tea then I'd keep looking.
