Pros

Working at TapHunter has been the best job experience of my life so far. The atmosphere in the office is exactly what I was looking for; a competitive sales team that is always pushing each other to be the best they can be.

Cons

Being the TapHunter is a tech start, the structure of the company is always changing to make itself better and better. This sometimes makes individual jobs and duties change with it, and this can definitely get one out of there comfort zone.

Pros

TapHunter has the most amazing group of employees and a wonderful management team! The culture here is like no other. TapHunter makes sales very fun and exciting. I learn something new everyday at this job.

Cons

Entry level sales pay by hour isn't the best but if you work hard you will be rewarded! You get commission on tap of the hourly and there are a lot of perks of you perform well

Pros

I'm currently working here as an Account Executive. I have had sales jobs in the past and nothing comes close to the atmosphere that TapHunter has. The sales leadership team here is highly focused on cultivating successful salespeople. I love the ongoing training every week! They strive to help you sharpen your sales skills so that someone new can come in and find success. The culture is something I have never experienced before in past jobs. It's very collaborative with wide open spaces. Dress is casual. The leadership team encourages taking lunches together and hanging out. This makes the team feel like a tight knit family which really makes me happy to go to work everyday.

Cons

It's not so much of a con, however...This is a rapidly growing startup and that means that things are constantly changing and improving. There's no room for complacency. You really have to strive to be the best possible version of yourself everyday. That proves to be difficult for some people.
