      Pros

      Super positive and healthy environment. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work everyday. The pay is great and I have consistent hours every week.

      Cons

      I work 9-5 and I live in Everett so the commute is really hard. I spend about 2 hours of my day in the car. This specific time makes it hard to find a second job that will be flexible with my current schedule.

Leadership demonstrates the organization's values, they are approachable and strive to communicate and engage with staff. Evident by CEO Town Hall Meeting's. CEO is open, honest and willing to answer any questions that are asked.

      While growth is positive, it is sometimes challenging to keep up with the rapid pace of the organization.
