Pros
The team that I am put in is very collaborative and supportive. They were very welcoming when I was starting out and I received a lot of guidance from leads and team members alike. Everlight promotes continuous learning within its members and provides room for you to grow as a team member and an individual. Asking questions and raising your hand are strongly encouraged here so you get pointed to the direction you need to be in. One of the best parts about Everlight is the people that you get to work with. Everyone is always helpful and ready to jump in to help and provide feedback. Everlight makes sure they put like minded people who have the drive to improve and not just deliver the bare minimum but the best output possible.
Cons
If you do not like a fast-paced environment and do not like being held to a high standard, this is not the environment for you. But if you like challenges and continuous improvement, you will thrive here.
