Pros

Great company and fun to work for. The flexibility is great and it feels more like a family than coworkers. Everyone works together like a well oiled machine but be prepared to work hard. It is fast paced and you will stay busy but you'll never be bored.

Cons

Starting pay is a little low but it doesn't stay that way if you work hard.

I've never been happier and more fulfilled in my life!! The culture is absolutely incredible. I've grown more personally and professionally in less than 1 year than I ever have. The leadership is amazing - it's obvious that they care about everyone here! The environment is fast-paced, fun and exciting. The opportunities for growth are limitless... It's so rewarding to be given the opportunities to make a difference. I love it here!

Cons

Everyone here loves The Office. So I guess if you don't like that show, that might be a con?
