Great team to work with! The team leads really go above and beyond to make sure you are heard. The team has a great atmosphere, and regardless of the work or angry customers, I love working with awesome people

Cons

They don't pay well. I've asked for raises in the past after being here for 3 years and nothing.

If you want to know exactly what this company is like, just read their core values word for word. If you feel like it describes you, stop waiting and jump in head first! It is so exciting every day to work at a company where your hard work pays off and is noticed, and leadership nurtures you and pushes you to thrive, rather than keeping you in your place. At the same time, they truly care about you as a human being. You work your butt off, you are rewarded for it, and you earn mutual trust and respect.

Cons

So many amazing employees that the company can't grow fast enough for everyone to grow with them!
