My favorite is learning something new. They have a bunch of great work from home options, they feel like they really care about their staff, and provided some of the best training I've had and learned a lot of a complex process. Flexible schedule, kind people. If you're a hard worker, and enjoy doing puzzles for your job, its for you!

Cons

It is difficult and requires determination to do well.

Going into this role, I was uncertain of what working in a warehouse for a solar company would look like, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was immediately welcomed by in-person staff and remote teams. The sense of community here is amazing. I have also grown and matured in my job and personal life based on feedback and support from my team.

Cons

Working here requires one to have an open mind and constantly improve, which may be hard for some.
