Everlight Solar has a very values-based culture designed to help employees grow within their career and their overall life. This company provides employees with so many opportunities to grow. I love how team-focused Everlight is, I always feel like I am a valuable part of the team. I would recommend that people who like to be part of a successful team to work here.

Pros

Being new to working remotely I had some concerns, but this company really makes everyone feel apart of a team! The leadership is great and they make it fun even doing it from the comfort of your own home! Everyone really helps each other out no matter what their role is.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I wish the pay was a bit more but I’m sure that will come with time!
