I have never been so proud to say I work for a company/business like I have with Everlight Solar! There are so many good things to say, but my favorite has to be the empowering and positive culture that's evident even on your first day. Management and supervisors are so supportive of you both professionally and personally, they all truly care about your growth and development of the two equally. The training was outstanding and allowed me to learn and catch on so simply and quickly with everything. I also really appreciate how even as a remote employee, everything is still so personal with our weekly 1-on-1s and company-wide meetings, as well as our daily team meetings. At Everlight, I've already learned how awesome it is to work for a company that genuinely bets on YOU both in and outside of work. You can always ask for help and are encouraged to do so anytime, and feedback is truly a two-way street all the way up to leadership. The core values here are so ingrained in each and every person and the culture is the very proof of it. Oh, and game nights and a company book club? You'll love it here if you are looking for a rewarding job, a company with an amazing mission, and a fun, motivating, and all-around awesome work environment. I always hoped and dreamed to work for a company like this and Everlight has already been all I've ever wanted and more. I always look forward to work every single day– trust me, companies like this do exist!
