      Pros

      Really awesome people. A good group of coworkers that are like a family and work very hard. Remote work is a perk. Being a part of something really great like renewable energy is an easy thing to get behind.

      Cons

      Preach being flexible and how wonderful remote work is but it quickly crosses a line. Often people working and receiving messages at all times of day after work hours, weekends, days off. False and empty promises happen frequently to both employees and customers. A lot of yes we'll do this or this is going to happen and then it changes suddenly and goes unfulfilled. Jobs get very repetitive and there is not a lot of room for growth but they will tell you that there is!

      Pros

      I've learned so much about myself while working here. It's an amazing place full of grace and acceptance to be yourself and learn new things. My boss is like a mentor and will continuously pour into you. It's always a fun environment with a basketball court, pool table, music always playing, and way more. I love working in person because everyone I see is hilarious and fun to be around, but I still get to relax at home with remote work. It's a great balance that I get to create that flexibility for.

      Cons

      You don't want to work here if you don't want to work hard. It's constantly moving and shifting, but that's the fun of it for me. I never get bored and always have the support of my coworkers.
