Work culture - it's super positive and supportive! Coworkers - everyone is super positive and I love coming to work everyday to interact with my team! Learning potential - We're always encouraged to learn new skillsets, and to spearhead projects we might not have any experience in as a way to learn and grow Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

The only con I can think of is mediocre pay without the potential to earn more outside of accepting a new role. There are no yearly raises or bonuses.
