During my time here at Everlight, I can truly say it has been the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, celebrates your successes and treats you like they have known you for years; even if you are brand new! The team is always there to answer any questions you have, and promotes raising your hand! There are countless opportunities to promote within this company as well. As I have only been here for a few months, I have gained confidence, WFH friendships, and an excitement on what the future brings for me within this company.

Everlight wants you to grow in every way, in your role here individually, as a team, and in your personal goals. Their dedication to providing resources to do this is my favorite thing about the company. I've appreciated the positivity, simplicity, and how committed they are to keeping the culture that way, attracting people who will only add to it. Definitely a fit for a person that wants a team who will push them to be better.

Pros

Everlight Solar is full of great people and I enjoy seeing my co workers every day. Management is very important and Everlight has great management. My Manager is open and willing to listen about any issues I’ve had. I have grown an incredible amount at this company and the growth opportunities are fantastic. They reward hard work.

Cons

you do not start with a ton of PTO but it builds over time.
