Work from home. Revolving door of staff, so you always are meeting new people.

Cons

The CEO is going to be this company’s downfall. Always drunk, and uses homophobic and ableist slurs flippantly, aka at a mic during a company wide meeting. Not a great person. Otherwise, this company is… okay. Terrible benefits, little instruction/direction, company culture emphasizes “family” (🚩🚩🚩 we know what that means), you have to memorize their core values word for word. Stay away unless you’re desperate.

Pros

I love going to work every day. Everlight is full of amazing employees and has the best work culture I've ever been a part of.

Cons

Only con is the fact that the job is remote, which itself has a lot of pros as well. Relating to fellow employees on a deeper level is harder when remote but the company goes above and beyond to ensure we keep in touch with remote teams.
