The culture at Everlight Solar is the best. The people I work with are hardworking, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Everyone gets along with everyone - feels more like family then co workers. Everlight understands that people have lives outside of work and are flexible with time off and necessary absences.

My favorite part of Everlight is by far the work culture! Everybody is super encouraging and positive and genuinely loves what they do. I have learned so much both professionally and personally. You have the opportunity to participate in cool things like a company book club and game nights that focus on building relationships with your coworkers and also growing and expanding your mindset. I also appreciate the support that management offers with weekly 1-on-1 meetings with your supervisor as well as daily meetings with your team where you get the opportunity to ask any questions or even provide input on certain situations! If you like would like to work for a company that values and invests in their employees and pushes you to put your best foot forward, Everlight would be the perfect fit for you!
