Everlight Solar has one of the most positive and healthy work environments I have ever seen. Everyone is there to grow, learn, and provide positive experiences for all staff and customers. Every member of every team supports one another with the best attitude. No question is a dumb question, and someone is always there to provide support. An amazing team of people to work with!

Cons

None! The company is still young and things are still changing, but all for the better.
