They care about their employees personal and professional growth. Great mentors! Their culture is amazing . If you love a challenge and love learning , this is the place. They are all in, and encourage learning! They give you multiple opportunities where you can learn and master it! Learning never stops here! Everyone that works here has amazing personalities and willing to help each other. Very positive energy through out the company that just makes you want to come to everyday! They Value your work and most importantly value YOU!

Everlight Solar is the only company I have ever worked for that truly embodies a family environment. They challenge you to constantly improve, give you every resource and ounce of support you need to succeed, and celebrate achievements together.

There are definitely some great individuals on the team, and I appreciate their effort to hire people with little to no experience.

Cons

Well, to name a few: horrible pay, no benefits, blatant racism, disorganized structure, and frequent lying to staff and customers. I felt sick to my stomach helping this start-up take advantage of customers (who can get a better deal with just about any other solar company) and their highly loyal employees (who are likely being brainwashed). Needless to say, I left after a few months and have zero regrets.
