Pros

You get a good amount of pto.

Cons

Management lacks communication, coworker's are back stabbers. They will walk all over you to get ahead. Management is non existent until the numbers go down. Did I mention there is no communication? You have to be a detective to learn your job. No training. You're paid a salary because of the amount of overtime you will be expected to work. I trained my replacement unknowingly. This place is horrible to work for.

Pros

People really are the difference. Everyone I worked with cared deeply about what we did and we always prioritized what the customer wanted. Most people were willing to be collaborative and I generally experienced excellent teamwork across the company. Procurement, Legal, IT, Monitoring, Testing . . . every department had their rockstars.

Cons

Often there were too many people involved in decisions, which meant decisions were slow and often changed. It is hard to make progress when big decisions keep changing.

Cons

Management staff can be limiting and extremely negative at times. There is limited professional growth opportunities. Limited work culture for younger work staff. Industry is predominantly dominated by older staff between ages for 35-60 years old.
