It is one big good ole boys network. If you are not close with someone within the leadership team, you are treated like a second class citizen. Workload is infinitely increasing and expectations are impossible to meet. Processes change too frequently and are not well communicated. Year after year, they are finding ways to change the bonus pre-requirements to reduce payout. Bonuses are never paid out on time. At the end of the day, they care about the bottom dollar rather than taking care of their employees. No work-life balance

Local team was great to work with

Process was terrible, Revenue is skewed and not tracked fairly. Lots of interoffice politics. Had to work 70+ hours a week on salary and received no recognition
