Pros

If management favors you, you can get an attainable goal.

Cons

Management has created a toxic culture. Gossip is tolerated and even encouraged. Management pushes to close deals by any means necessary. This includes unethical partner swapping, price chopping, adding free product, etc. Your personal brand will be affected if you have been in and plan to stay in the industry. This is not a family friendly company, if that's important to you. Check out the new COO's track record before you plan to have any kind of tenure with this company.

The functional departments are OK.

Cons

1 Politics Politics Politics, don't come if you don't like politics 2 People like gossip and talk privately. 3 Your manager/team leader is doing nothing, but they are good with politics and still get promoted. 4 Your manager does not allow you talk to higher level managers or architecture, they always take your credit to get promoted. 5 Your performance totally depends on what your manager like, there is no way to give comments&feedback to your manager. 6 Even there are bonus and stock options in your offer, but your manager may not give it to you, it totally depends on your manager. 7 No documentation, no knowledge sharing, people only care their compensation and stock share, no one help new hires.

- Love the field teams -Love the products -Great coworkers

Cons

- INSIDE Sales MANAGEMENT! You need to be careful. I've never been to a place where management is far more immature than the workers. This inside sales management team is a huge roadblock to career promotion and creates high stress - low return situation for the employees. You will battle for time off with an "unlimited PTO" policy. You will deal with false rumors being spread by your immediate managers (things you have said in confidence) You will be given more tasks than help You will not be trained and expect to perform day 1 regardless You will deal with bias team management. Certain teams have different rules and benefits over others. You will fight a fresh battle with your ISM every day you walk.
