Pros

Good pay, potential for quick career growth if your main strength is duplicity

Cons

Management spends all its time competing for power. Employee careers, project planning, and company direction are nothing more than pawns. Promotions are random, you'll be swapped from project to project without time to complete any, and you'll be told exactly whatever your manager thinks will keep you working no matter how true it is. Your manager will usually disregard your feedback, you will never get a straight answer, and you can't believe anything you hear from anyone.

Mgmt change every 2 months - Sold Deal - Paid Commission - Laid off because was paid to much - Demanded re-pay commission - Pending Court Case 95% of all sales MGMT has been laid off

Cons

Dishonest leadership that has no experience. The CEO, Charlie, is clueless and dishonest. They will lay off their top performers... there are no leaders at this company.
