Pros

The compensation is good, and the benefits are good.

Cons

The people you work with directly are wonderful and intelligent people. Trying to work with upper management is a challenge. We are told one thing about how they want to have transparent communication, and be clear and open about the changes they are making. But after years of none of that happening it makes it hard to believe when they tell you that again and again. Then when you voice your concerns about how they are making decisions that are directly impacting the TSEs and want to know what the problem is that they are trying to solve with this change, how they are measuring success and what happens if this change is not a success. We are told that our input is valued and then we get a one on one with a manager that is not our manager to tell us that we need to stop being so negative and that if we continue to be then we will get fired. So when the company did a re-structuring (not a lay off) they just happened to remove all of the senior TSEs that were voicing their concerns. That had these one on ones and were told not to be negative.

Pros

- competitive pay - good perks - lunches, 401k match, snacks, espp, cell phone allowance - good product

Cons

- Bad leadership plagued with politics and favoritism. It is blatantly obvious to everyone that being liked is more important that merits. - Lack of career advancement: as an SDR, you are not developed to get promoted and this company has a tremendous track record of going out of their way to hire from outside the company for higher roles - typically people from other tech companies w/o direct relevant industry experience. - HR violations have seem to be more of a regular thing. - SDRs have no future here and are without respect. They are just meeting setters for field reps and pawns/scapegoats between the field team and the marketing team. - Morale among SDRs reaches new lows each month. Everyone is waiting their turn to leave this revolving door.

Pros

Fun to work at Pure Care about their employees Over the top Benefits

Cons

Leadership over the top left wing pushing political views to employees. It's not appreciated. It's disappointing. No where to really move up in Leadership unless you live on the West Coast. I would say 80% of the promotions happen with HQ.
