- Great culture; lots of openness. - Awesome colleagues that are hard-working but also fun, interesting, and helpful - Lots of interesting technical challenges to work on - Still a young and relatively small company. Lots of chances to make large impact - Great holiday gift this year! - Hackathons - Annual skip trip

Cons

No 401k matching yet. Health plan is not as good as the big guys such as Google or MS. Performance review and promotion process is a bit opaque.

Pros

Growth is one word that often follows this company, but the company has many other aspects that make this company a good workplace. I think most of important decisions are widely shared and discussed openly, and the company has superb early engineers, which has influenced engineers hired afterwards.

Cons

Could this company retain its top talents? The company seems to try hard to retain them, and I just only wish them to be successful, because I am a relatively new hire. Also, assigning new engineers into the right position with appropriate compensation would be critical for the continued success of the company.
