Some really cool people, planes are awesome, CEO is actually a really great and generous guy that genuinely likes to help people.

Cons

Management is a joke. Bandaid fixes instead of actual change, little consistency in the schedule, everyone gets treated like garbage, family run company so there are people in positions that shouldn’t be.
