Plenty of PTO, community focused, staff care about the mission.

Cons

Organization is growing and changing ; there is more oversight with funding coming from different sources - which requires accountability. Lack of strategy and change management has negative impact on staff - many are confused and resentful. There is still a lot of gossiping, passive aggressiveness and especially long term employees don’t have trust in the new leadership .
