Pros

This work is very rewarding, but can be heavy at times. Management is so amazing and helps mitigate burnout and is always supportive and understanding. Despite working from home, I had a great working relationship with shift partners that really helped feel even more supported on shift.

Cons

The company itself is great, the work can be heavy and self are is essential.
