Pros

The teamwork between technicians is amazing, you learn a ton from the bcbas, good benefits, free snacks & drinks for employees

Cons

Extreme burn out if you are a technician and specialist. Management says they care and says they are training other people to get on your clients teams but it’s such a slow process that by the time anyone is hired and trained you’re already over it. I have worked other ABA places and it’s not a perfect field, but I think if they actually listed to what we’re saying so many people wouldn’t be quitting. Upper management seems to have no control on people calling out, which makes it harder on everyone else.

We are proud to have some of the lowest turnover rates in the Denver Metro area. Training does take time— that’s never something we want to rush. Excessive performance issues are dealt with in a private and professional manner; everyone is fighting a different battle. We encourage staff in every way possible to bring their concerns directly to someone who can make a difference. Please make sure you are airing your grievances to the correct people, so that you can see the changes that would make your work environment better.
