Although the global industry outlook looks positive in the short term, this is mostly focussed on emerging markets and the US growth aspirations are unrealistic, which is reflected in their current performance. What ever changing strategy is discussed is never implemented, leaving teams confused with no clear understanding on their roles and responsibilities. There is no flexibility in terms of working from home or arriving late/working late in order to attend doctor appointments etc. This has resulted in the highest employee turnover I've seen on a commercial team.
