Pros

High quality product in a competitive market. Always looking to progress and improve. The benefits are ridiculously great. International travel. Great network of customers.

Cons

Conservative salaries, bonuses and raises. Commodity market leaving very small opportunity for new players to bring in and increase sales. Market is slowly dissipating.

Cons

Terrible management, very low salaries, no respect for employees. It looked pretty obvious to me that everybody hated one another. Terrible work environment.
