Evolus is a great place to work with an awesome culture and great benefits. Nice work/life balance. Team is lean but everyone supports each other in any way we can.

Benefits at the company were good and provided great health coverage for full-time staff. However, eye health care coverage could have been better.

Cons

The corporate culture is superficial,not value's focused or growth oriented. Leadership does not communicate well and is not very forth coming.
