Ridiculous accounting and HR staff

Nice building. Overtime available but only because they remain short staffed because of high turnover.

Cons

The accounting department is a disaster because of one insecure person who is terrified of losing her job. There is tons of drama and backstabbing. They have such high turnover which is why they are constantly placing ads for hire. HR is inattentive. Management could care less. Also they are open 7 days and expect accounting there at all times so good luck rotating weekends and working until 10pm. Very unprofessional HR as well.

It is a very nice, well-equipped shop

Cons

The management is bad. They pit employee against employee. One employee wrecked a shuttle van trying to run and tell the owner about something they thought another employee was doing wrong. The 3 owners do not work well together.
