You could meet really nice people and talented engineers from all over the world here.

Cons

- If you're on the game team, you'll likely have tasks that are not very interesting and quite monotonous, involving a lot of maintenance. - As a result, you may need to dedicate your free time to continue developing your technical skills. - The management doesn't seem to care much about the employees; although feedback is collected, it rarely leads to any changes. Most decisions come from the top, and there's an expectation to accept them without much room for discussion. - There are concerns about transparency in employment contracts. Deductions may occur, but when questioned about the basis for these deductions, there is no clear answer. - The company doesn't seem to make significant efforts to retain employees who have contributed a lot to the company.
