Pros

I personally have brilliant self organised team. That is it.

Cons

Was employed in Evolution for 3 and the half years, and company attitude to employees has been changed dramatically. Below I describe the most important areas that future employees should be aware of: - Do not hope for salary increase. Usually they promise salary increase after you sign contract. My contract lasts 4 years and I have salary increase in the end of my employment and only after 1 year struggle with management. I have never done that before, and usually if person working hard - he achieves recognition. That is not about Evolution. Bonus? They've never heard about it. - Management does not care about people. The philosophy of the company that employees should be self-motivated and should desire desperately to work in Evolution, no matter what. So if you complain about processes, working environment or declare that you are going to leave - nobody cares. Usually they do nothing to make your life easier. - Self development is the main course. If you want to achieve something you should work day and night and participate courses and pay for them on your own. Because courses that they provide - useless and short online stuff. - There is no audit and mentoring. I personally have 2 juniors in my team and management does not care about their progress and development. There is no mentoring program. Lead usually does not know your project and could not help with your tasks. - Sometimes decisions of management are insane and do not correlate with reality. For example they want all members of the team to work in one location (meaning country) but it happens that people work in one country but in different cities. - They do not help with relocation at all. - All benefits was cut due to financial crisis: insurance, program that allow you to work remotely from different country, possibility to have new equipment. Yes, the list of benefits is very short. - And the last but not least. Just imagine - they are going to fire people in Belarus without compensation and say about it freely.
