Very micro managed structure. No decision making power even if you are leading department. Unproffesional people in upper managment, without logical and analitical skills. Might require tasks from you which they can't analyse and is meaningless. Horible company to work for, no appreciation, talanded people are underpaid and undervalued. If you will try to speek up, then they despise you. If you show you are smarter - they despise you. You can't develop, amid incompetent international managment around. you can't use your skills for they micro mamage everything not knowing what they are doing. They act impolsive, never asking people's opinion, if you give advice something will not work, because you are experiened, they will not believe, will make you do stupid things, after a while it happens as you predicted and now under emergency you have to fix. Company simply does not care about people, at all. Never value your brain, talent and dedication. They discriminate, only prioritize game presenters with bonuses, but back office are not counted as human, no bonuses. They give you unreasonably many to do bad compensation; They don't listen or understand you. They don't ever tell you how much good job you do, never appreciate what you do. They give tasks which is not your expertise and very short deadlines. No support from managment. Beurocracy is unbelievably high. Turnover is cwry high good talants are leaving company ecery day.
