Unpredictable and ridiculous management decisions, zero transparency. No freedom for employees, most of the perks were taken away/became worse. Feedback from employees is completely ignored

Absolutely no transparency in top down decisions Always asking for accountability as a way to punish and never in a helpful manner Decisions are final, and anything said or done against the new rules is grounds for immediate termination
