Pros

This job is exceptionally easy - the "academy" training covers everything you need to know. You get several paid breaks throughout the day, and the break area is very modern/comfortable. Hours are consistent - you work the same 40 hours every week

Cons

The company is trying to expand too quickly, without solving important internal issues. Energy among employees is overwhelmingly negative - constant complaining and management will often talk down in a condescending manner. If you are on a table, you cannot get up to use the restroom, get water, or stretch your legs, unless the supervisor is able to send someone to relieve you. It feels like you're trapped sometimes, especially on a dead table where there are no players. You have to sit and stare at a blank screen without talking or doing anything. It numbs your brain after a while and you go stir crazy.

Pros

You always get paid, mostly in advance of few days. Plenty of vacations, Career opportunities, Stable company, Full of hot young girls, Free gym, International workplace

Cons

Evolution Malta only thinks about money, but mgmt will desperately try to believe otherwise. They only want to cover all tables and to do so the mgmt will do whatever, you're just a number, you can't talk with your colleagues while working, you have to speak every 5 seconds, you can't put your feet on the ground, you sit on a footstool so expect back pain, Today I have been shouted at by my manager cuz I talked with a colleague while at the tables, When I see the logo of the company I get sick and I feel the toxic work culture that is so ridiculously rigid and inhuman. And Italians are paid half than their Japanese/Swedish colleagues so that the best Italian performer gains less than the worst Swedish one. My brain is dying by doing game presenter and all the "violations" such as logging in 1 minute late keep me out expression my potential growing there. Even though you have it, you must follow all their nonsense rules if you want to make it. You have no work/life balance, since they constantly send you messages and calls. Carlesund posted so many worried posts about Ukraine invasion and solidarity and stuff but as the CEO he keeps the offices of the company in Belarus. There is no online tip despite Evolution Americas allows it, but here they say "technically impossible". I would continue forever but I'm done, I just stay cuz it's a secure job but i'm getting so depressed. Welcome to EVO.

Pros

training academy easy to learn and decent pay when there is a toke

Cons

No management skills Extreme lack of communication and professionalism It was like the management, HR ect. did not exist Not willing to work with your schedule, vacation or sick time Toke rate dropped from $24 an hr to $18 an hour in minutes! HIGH TURNOVER and always short handed but want to treat the hard workers unfair. LOCK YOU INTO A ROTATION OF THE SAME 4 GAMES EVERYDAY!!!! and wont teach you new games but continue to promise
