The jump itself is dealing cards is easy and fun, the customers are entertaining.

Cons

Managers are completely incompetent from the C Suite down. Managers micromanage everyone below them, not allowing people any freedom to do their job. Company expects you to work their hours and work 5 days, despite being open 24/7 and easily able to accommodate different working schedules. "Promotions" for at.least 2 levels up pay less money than lowest position in the company.
