SALARY can anybody give me a tip, how to survive on net 370 USD per month, considering the stressful situation, having 4-5 tables in a row, unmanageable temperature and personal life?

Low salary; horible unpredictable bonus system without which salary means nothing; on-call shifts; lack of employees which is why they put more work on others; they cut off most of the benefits and rewards; they have no respect for lawyal employees; they think constant hiring of new people saves them money because they don't earn a bonus that experienced employees do; they value certain nationalities more than others (give them benefits that others don't get).
