Extreme work hours. Employees are expected to always be available even on sick days or holidays and when they’re not it’s viewed as a termination threat. Promote loyalty verses quality. Team members who have been with Evolution from the start get promoted to management level when they clearly have no skills managing a team. Management also doesn’t take ownership of their mistakes and blames team members beneath them to cover their own job. Toxic work environment with huge turnover in all departments

We always strive to improve and encourage any team member to speak to a Manager or HR about any questions or concerns. We have different types of mentorship programs across many of our studios and will keep this in mind also for our studios in New Jersey.

You’re on camera all day Some customers are creepy/complain too often Poor management Ungodly. Bad for your soul, as gambling is an addiction & ur assisting in that addiction

Thank you for your feedback! All our Game Presenters receive training in how to identify and escalate potential gambling problems for further investigation by the Operator. It is important to us that each employee feels comfortable using the practices at work and we encourage Game Presenters to speak to a Manager or HR about any concerns. We pride ourselves in being a company where we give people the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, but always appreciate any constructive feedback on how we can further support our first-time Managers in their roles.
